Breadcrumb spaghetti

Never thought till today that one of my always favorites is low histamine and can be prepared in few simple steps!

It is a simple recipe which has been passed through generations in my family. You normally prepare it, if you have no time for a proper pasta sauce, but it is so addictive that I am sure that once tried you will make it one of your weekly dishes!

Ingredients for 1 person (all organic for me):

  • 80gr gluten free spaghetti
  • 3 table spoons gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 2 coffee spoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 table spoon grated Parmesan
  • Basil
  • Preparation
  • Put a pot full of water on the fire and wait for the water to boil. At this point add salt (quantity is linked to the quantity of water) and the spaghetti.
  • In a pan mix well the breadcrumbs, the Parmesan and the oil. Turn on the fire to mid temperature and stir. With time the breadcrumb will start roasting. When it starts smelling mouthwatering and you can see it took a golden color, add the basil and turn off the fire without stopping stirring.
  • When the pasta is ready. Drain it and add to the breadcrumbs in the pan. Stir well and serve. If it is dry, add extra oil or Parmesan. Enjoy!! 🤗
